bananas come across to work for me.
Rice. Drink lots of clear liquids too. You don't want to become dried up.
depends on why u have diarrhoear really, i suggest not intake for 24hours incase a bug has cause it, drink plenty of milk and water to flush out the system and any bugs.
foods that are fitting for bunging you up are high fiber ones such as pasta, cerials, ie. wheetabix etc
Prunes,baked beans and vindaloo.ha ha
White bread.
cheese, otherwise particular as 'bunghole' in my domestic! cheese is brilliant. i think it's different for everyone, as someone here have suggested bread, but bread makes me turn!
foods like a cooked breakfast of bacon, eggs chips, black pudding etc work a treat too. fatty foods.
Plain white rice is well brought-up, it acts close to concrete.
You need to drink plenty fluids as capably.
**** it all out! you own diarrhoea for a reason you've probally eat something you should just tolerate it run its course, and drink lots of water. don't mess beside your body it knows what it's doing
you should buy some ant diarrhoea tablets.
Lomotil tablets [immodium] will do it, but if you want to devour your way out of it, arrowroot biscuits, eggs, sharp chees, if the dire-rear last more than a few days, get it checked out, it can deplete your body salt and can make you grain really ill.
