What is the difference between a clinical symptom and a symptom??

What is the difference between a clinical symptom and a symptom??
Clinical symptoms, I believe indicate persistent symptoms that are observed by a clinician. Symptoms surrounded by general are self-reported but not essential observed in a clinical setting.
Symptom is what the long-suffering fells wrong contained by his health during sicknesses eg. nausea, headache, stomach-ache and so on, there is no difference between the two words except that the word clinical symptom is usually uses by the doctors, ie the symptoms that the lenient tell the doctor clinically.
