we have have people coming within totally incrediably ill from doing this, heart problems from potassium depletion, dehydration..esp very soon that it is summer,,, the products dehydrate you while you get the runs...it is not strong..the only time it is advocate is before a colonoscopy...and later you are given a prescribed product that has some electrolytes

A friend of mine once give me a quart jar full of something he said would clean out my system, but I should be close to the bathroom after I drank it. He be right. It was a partly a quart of prune juice, and partly a quart of epsom salts. And I did feal better. I hope this help.

Try this, but you've got to be free to RUN to the BR for a couple hours.
1 qt (32oz) lukewarm dampen
2 TABLEspoons natural SEA SALT (not the Morton's contained by the kitchen)
Dissolve salt within water. Drink adjectives of it within a few minutes. You'll be pleased near the results, and it works fast, cheap, and graceful.
Do this a few days in a row for total cleansing.
NO, don't verbs about too much saline. The Natural Sea Salt dissolved in marine has a different harmonize than table salt and although it taste very aromatic, is not absorbed into the system like way.
SO, you're not getting a saline overload. It flushes through.
This won't dehydrate you or cause some of the other problems down here as 2 hours or so later it's totally through your system.
