What is the difference between Bayer Asprin and a Target brand asprin? Are they not the exact same point?
They are about matching, one is cheaper, but one may have better talent ingredients in it. Sometimes the off-brand (Target Brand) is better than the Brand Name (Bayer), and vise-versa. But if your taking asprin for something serious close to heart problems, consult your doctor before switching medication.

Check the active ingredients on both. I suspect they are impossible to tell apart except for maybe a few adjectives ingredients. I usually check the store brand with the cross brand while I'm there buying and if they meeting then I return with the store brand because it's cheaper.
