Euthanasia by Omission...I call it starvation. It is cruel!

Assisted Suicide or Murder, depending on the keenness of the patient to be starved to release.
ABUSE
the medical term is beside holding food. Some terminally ill patients cannot digest food because their organs are shutting down. If in attendance is no medical explination for this you can sue but if there is later there is nought you can do. sorry.
