What is the intricate lump on the rear legs of my herald from?

I have a strong lump on lower back of my leader. Just above the neck almost. I lately noticed it the other light of day. It doesn't really feel tender and it doesn't move. Also I know it wasn't other there. Not really any other symptoms except my lower hindmost has seem a lil tight lately. I am 17 year old masculine btw.What is the intricate lump on the rear legs of my herald from?
