ive had a runny proboscis for months and im always sneezing and in a minute i have a sore throat!! what does this imply?What does this close-fisted??

It definately sounds like allergies to me. I would try to benadryl for in the region of a week and see how you feel. If you be aware of better then I'd switch to claratin, or ask a doctor to prescribe allergy pills for you. Also, keep within mind you can use the store brand versions of these meds, they are much cheaper and work impossible to tell apart. If your sinuses start to get dry from dripping too much use saline mist to moisten them, do not use anything beside chemicals in it because they verbs the nasal passages. Simply Saline brand is the method to go. If you don't consistency better in a couple days/week you should definately see your doctor.
