Well, i am 14 and i have be **** blocked many of times. It depends if u be alone with the guy and he be trying to get contained by your pants or not. If he be and you would not let him, to be precise probably why he said that u were **** blocking him.
If here was no other girl around that ability he was tryin to bring at you, you stopped him from it I guess...
