My dr recommended for me drinking protien drinks near my meals instead of as a collation also slim fast WITH meal works also..
Drink protien shakes twice a day for your snacks!

Just guzzle a lot of heathy foods. Not cast-offs. Heathly.

Drink gallon of water through-out the hours of daylight. Eat often resembling tuna, peanut butter & honey, pasta. Lift weights or exercise.
If you exercise regularly, decrease that a bit. Try to guzzle more meals a sunshine, of healthy foods . Don't get through a lot of crap because afterwards you'll gain chub and no muscle.
