Really, unless it be a really hard hit, neither. We don't own anything equivelent to nuts. It's the same as getting hit anywhere else on our bodies.

I have have B happen more repeatedly, and it totally sucks, but A hurts too (happened once or twice stooping short on a bike that was too soaring for me.) it really depends on the angle you get hit and how much bone is hit squarely, but I'd to some extent catch a football the wrong approach than take an actual punch
